I am a Learning and Development Consultant, Coach and Supervisor. My focus is facilitating clients to develop effective workplace relationships. I have a strong belief, drawn from over 15 years experience, which is if relationships at work are healthy then productivity takes care of itself. I support individuals, teams and boards to learn how best to maximise relationships by furthering understanding of self, others and the organisation. I have worked with clients from all business sectors, both in the U.K. and abroad. My areas of expertise include emotional intelligence, resilience and communication and my skills are coaching, team facilitation and management and leadership development
